Karl - Heinz Wüstner,  on a visit to England from Germany,  will talk about the pork butchers originally from Hohenlohe who settled in the Bradford area in the 19th century, supplying the local workforce with tasty meat and sausage products. Karl - Heinz will explain the reasons that led to their emigration and why it was possible to be particularly successful as a butcher in England.
